If you are looking for research and studies done on Creatine, not by the retailer, just google it. There is more info than you can imagine. Strong suggestion....take PURE creatine with no sugars or sweetners. Stay away from monohydrate, find a product with a chelate/malate formula with no fillers. Your wasting your money on mono.
