Default creatine + ECA stack = good or bad?

hey guys my mom wont let me buy/take any kind of ECA stack untill i talk to you guys about it. do you know of any bad things that come from taking the 2 at the same time. id like to loose a little weight (maybe 10-15 pounds) im doing 20 minutes of cardio 3 days a week right now idk if i should be doing more or what. and im fearing that if i clean up my diet much more ill go crazy and kill someone (happened before, luckily i was only 7 when i killed him. lol.) also what are some side effects from taking a ECA stack that i wouldn't like (lose of sleep, strength going down etc.) thanks for the info.

NO...IMO its a bad idea. Any heavy supplementation is a poor choice at your age. Protein, creatine, fish oils, BCAA's, beta alanine, etc... all decent supplements at your age, anything that is loaded with stimulants, especially ECA would be a very poor choice

Simple answer, I don't really recommend anyone under 18 using an ECA stack. You have a lot of options besides using stimulants especially since your young and should have a strong body and metabolism. Really, ECA's and stimulants should be used as that little "something extra" to help get you past your sticking points in my opinion.

Stimulants like Ephedrine effect everyone differently, but most common side effects would be an increased heart rate, sweating, appetite loss, sleep loss, headaches, dizziness, etc. Some of these sound like benefits (appetite loss) but you would be surprised how many people forget to eat on these and lose a lot of mass.

Your main focus should be the exercise and proper diet. Doing the cardio sessions will definitely help, but keep in mind that 20 minutes three times a week is only an hour a week. If your stalling I would recommend boosting the cardio to around 30-45 minutes a session and see how your progress changes. Of course you can also add in more cardio sessions if your up to it.

ok, thanks.
ill up my cardio a little to 30 minutes and see where i go from there, ive gotta be able to get through those long jogs during preseason anyway so i should get my cardiovasclar ability up quite a bit. and i wont use an ECA stack or anything like that for atleast 2-3 years and then only if i need it. i was most worried about the caffine and its mythical growth stunting effects, i know the soda i drink has caffine, but i dont drink more then 1.5 liters of soda a week, most weeks much less.

I drank soda religously as a kid...im 6 foot.
