Creatine Effectiveness
For some reason I had forgotten to take my creatine today. Didn't realize till after bench, but my performace was drained during that period i could not even complete my 5x5 for bench...fell short a rep or 2. I was wondering was it the creatine's fault or a mental thing? I ran up and took my usual 3g right after i noticed and felt good about 20 mins later. Just something im pondering about...
