can you please post a link to this six star creatine your using, I cant find any info on it. is it just monohydrate, or does it include a glucose carrier?

I can potentially see two reasons why you feel like shit from it. One would be if its just plain mono, you may not be getting enough glucose from the milk your using. Milk has a lot of sugar, but it also acts strangely in the body for many reasons. Two, if six star has a glucose carrier, maybe that plus the milk is just too much sugar for your body at once. (this is my guess because you said the creatine is very sweet, and mono by itself is bitter as hell)

either way, you should rest assured when using quality creatine mono. It is the most researched suppliment on the market (save whey i would imagine), its been proven safe time and time again.

Just an update I took the advice you guys gave that it was probably not the creatine. Ive been drinking loads of water and milk but the weather here has been very warm and i work as maintenance man in a old folks home with no air conditioning not something we use much in Northern Ireland so it can be really warm in work leading to sweating ( not due to work). I recon I got dehydrated and ive had no problems since in fact im growing like hell on creatine, Whey, Tuna, eggs and milk and a two times a week full body workout 45 minutes max one set each exercise to absolute bust a gut failure. Thanks for the help folks.
