It's better than most creatine supplements.
They're good people...they put out a good product for a good price. That's all there is to it. I can understand why you would be skeptical, but it's all good.
Keep your calories up & you'll gain weight. ON's protein is good stuff. It's better than most of the more expensive stuff. It tastes pretty good too. Before I got the last two jugs of protein that I went through, I had 4 jugs of ON's gold standard. I'll probably buy it again next.
