Muscle does help burn fat. But if you're gaining right now, then you really don't need any 'help' to accomplish that. Maybe you should try looking at HIIT cardio (high intensity interval training), rather than slow cardio.

I'd suggest going to fitday.com and setting up a food log so you can track a diet. Weightloss eventually boils down to calories in vs calories out, if calories out are greater than calories in, you lose weight.

Multi's are good and whey is bullet proof, usually.

yea i been trying to cut out the carbs and stuff but i been floating at the 224-228 mark for like almost 2 months lol. I mean im pretty sure its not fat because im getting buff but yeah. Ill check out that calorie thing its hard to keep track though. i gotta get some good recipes or something.
