I My age 25 years and weigh 133 lbs.I look lean and my hands and legs are so thin.But i have man boobs and love handle around my belly.
I am willing to gain body mass and grow lean body mass.
To get rid of my man boobs and love handle around my belly I am doing cardiovascular excercise, Uphill on threadmill for half an hour on inclination 12 and speed 3.0
and after that I mostly focus on upper chest excercises.I do this every alternate day.

last night i have bought Body Fortress Super whey protein shots(Fruit punch) which are tasting really great, but not sure how far they really work.have any body used these before ?
