Default ON 100% Whey

Got my whey today, a couple of questions...

Firstly when do you take it, before or after training? Secondly do I need to take it on non training days? Finally it says to mix a scoop with only 6-8 ounces of liquid, this doesn't seem like a lot, is it correct?

Cheers

As for the liquid amount that's a personal choice. Less fluid the thicker the drink and vis-versa.
