Hey guys. Im new on the forums

I wanted to ask about how much supplement should i have per day.
I am 18 years old and
I am a VEGETARIAN
A bit skinny (55-60 kg.) and
am 5feet 6inches tall (170cms.)
my metabolism rate is pretty high so even though i eat a a lot i am just lean ,
I work out in the evening and its a pretty standard workout not intense.
OK so hears my question:

http://jorgenwelsink.files.wordpress.../lean-body.jpg or a bit more :P ) So how much of protein should i have? like one scoop gives 20g or protein and 6g carbo. also should in what order should i have them? Like one in the morning and 1 after workout or 3scoops after workout.
