Here's my current supplement regimen:
1 - Whey protein powder - ON's Any Whey - 140 cals, 34g protein
2 - Creatine - 10mg/day
3 - TwinLabs Amino Fuel - 110 cals, BCAAs
I've been mixing the Any Whey with Gatorade and had good results with it. I'm thinking of making a general post-workout shake. Is there any harm in putting all of these supps in the same Gatorade bottle and mixing it up? Aside from being able to stomach the taste, is there any reason why this isn't a good idea? I don't want to drink multiple bottles of Gatorade and would rather just mix it all at the same time in the same bottle.
