Default Mixing Supps Together?

Here's my current supplement regimen:
1 - Whey protein powder - ON's Any Whey - 140 cals, 34g protein
2 - Creatine - 10mg/day
3 - TwinLabs Amino Fuel - 110 cals, BCAAs

I've been mixing the Any Whey with Gatorade and had good results with it. I'm thinking of making a general post-workout shake. Is there any harm in putting all of these supps in the same Gatorade bottle and mixing it up? Aside from being able to stomach the taste, is there any reason why this isn't a good idea? I don't want to drink multiple bottles of Gatorade and would rather just mix it all at the same time in the same bottle.

Nothing wrong with that at all. My only suggestion would be to put your 10 grams of creatine in with some dextrose instead since mono needs a transport module..Maybe grape juice.

I would do some creatine before, then some after for instance 5 before and 5 after, I would do the bcaa's immidiatly after mixed with the second dose of creatine then I would do the whey 20 minutes or so after your bcaa/creatine

I concure with 0311 on mixing it with more dextrose and grape juice would be better. As far as when to take the bcaa's (how much bcaa is in that Amino Fuel, btw?) I think you'd be better off taking it in pre-shake. BCAA's are good for protein synthesis but there is really no evidence that they, i.e. leucine are any better post than whey or carbs or both. However they are good for retarding fatigue (great along with citrulline malate) plus if you take them before have more of them available SOONER after the workout. Never underestimate pre workout nutrition.

If you act sanctimonious I will just list out your logical fallacies until you get pissed off and spew blasphemous remarks.

Cool - appreciate the help guys. I didn't think there would be too many problems with mixing them, but I just wanted to be sure.
