Hello, I am really looking for some help and info regarding taking supplements with my workout. I have been taking Natural 100% Whey Gold Standard, Super Vita, two table spoons of cod liver oil, Kre-Alkalyn Creatine and Lipo 6X. I have been training for two months and am interested in these supplements, but want to be sure that I'm not doing it wrong buy adding these supplements together . I weight 174 Lbs, I’m 5’8’ 31yrs old, I train weights one day and martial arts (wing chun) on the second, and take Sundays off. Goals are to decrease fat and build more muscle and strength, and drop down too 170lbs.
The supplement bottles recommended;
Kre-Alkalyn with pH buffered Creatine 800 mg per capsule. Recommended use on bottle says take two capsules 30 mins., before workout and 2 after workout.
Lipo 6X advanced formula Liquid Capsule. Recommended use to take 4 capsules 2 in the morning and 2 in the afternoon.
Natural 100% Whey Gold Standard, I've been taking one serving in the morning and one serving after work out.
Is it alright to take all these supplements while in training?
I've read different stories on the internet about taking creatine, the first one is you should load, maintain, and than stop after 4 months’ or so, and than stay off of it for another 4 weeks and than repeat the whole process again. On the other hand I've heard no loading phase and just continue taking creatine as long as needed.
169lbs to 199lbs = 8 grams per day is considered maintenance, is this correct?
Is is all right to be taking Lipo 6X while taking Kre- Alkaly creatine. Could the positive effects of Lipo 6X be hurting the positive effects of the Kre- Alkaly creatine and visa versa.
Any info and feed back would great appreciated.
