Its been 2 weeks since i ran out of Leviathan. There is a second bottle on the way and I'll be running that as soon as it gets here.
I'm still holding in at 251lbs, I've been running 2-3 times a week the last two weeks, averaging about 2.25 miles.
Diet has been decent, still low carbing durring the week, and carbing up on saterdays.
Looking forward to getting going with the Leviathan again. Even though I'm still unable to lift due to an injury to my right wrist. It should be good to go in a week or so.

I'm not even really sure Talo. Durring the week I stick to a very basic proportion size model, similar to what the body for life program uses. I eat about a palm sized portion of protien (be it chicken/steak/pork ect) or perhaps a little more, and do the same with veggies each meal. That fills me up pretty good, and I'll have maybe an oz or so of nuts in between meals if I get hunger pangs.
At this point I really should be taking in more, but the fat loss has been constant, and even though I'm not lifting right now, I seem to be keeping size (strength may be a different story). We will see when I'm all healed up.

Ok so I just got my second bottle, I'm freakin pumped!!!
I will start with a dose at around 3pm, and continue as I was before the 2 week break.
Last night I hit the tredmill for 2.5 miles, its starting to get easier to go for longer, I guess my body is getting used to the stress of running. That and my form is getting better. I hadnt realized it, but form while running is extremely important. I got sloppy last time and threw my back out a bit, making 2 miles feel like 90.
I have a black belt weekend coming up (we do one a month), and if you check my description of the last one you'll see it basicly hell. I am pumped for that too, hopefully all this running will pay off in the endurance department. I will be taking it kinda easy this week to gear up for it, I'll rest/strech tonight and thursday, and run on wed, so hopefully i'll be all rested up.

Thanks guys, I'm greatly looking forward to this next bottle, and this weekend. I also picked up a few goodies to help in the endurance department. I'll be using
beta alanine
citruline malate
and i'm using super cissus for my wrist, and fish oil.

Well I've been using it for about 2 weeks now. I've been double dosing for a few days now and it really seems to be helping. its not at 100% just yet, but it definately feels better, we'll see how far its come this weekend.

dont know why I didnt mention this before, but i was running Reset AD through the two week lay off from Lev. My first dose this go around was just like my first dose last bottle.
Last night I did some moderate intensity MA work. Kicks, kata, shadow boxing, and a lot of streching. I am gearing up for this weekend trying to stay limber, and not tire myself out. I will do the same tonight, and rest up for tomorrows madness.
I have to say I was a bit suprised yesterday morning, it was very cold here, and for some reason i was sweating my ass off almost all day. I had similar shit happen last bottle, but it was 90+ degrees out so i thought it was that. Now, just one day later, and I am cool as a cucumber ... freakin wierd.
