clenbuterol ???!! don´t take that one, it´s totally unhealthy, altough it does not make any sens to take it alone without any other steroids(altough itself would not be classified as a steriod), but drop that one out !!!!
ok, you´re currently on a low carb diet, wanting to lose fet and build some muscles ? but realize this: when on diet it´s hard to build muscles. your main goal should be to lose as many fat as possible without sacrifying muscle mass. so, whey on low carb you gotta eat anough protein, minimum 1g per lbs of bodyweight, preferably slightly more. also make sure to eat enough fat: min.20-30% of your daily calories should come from fat. but you gotta keep the carbs low, just about 120-150g daily(it dependy from person to person, so try a bit). and make sure to eat anough veggies, min 400-500g daily.
ok now about your supps: you can really be happy to have ben donatetd such a grat stack, just drop out the clenbuterol.

whey: take min. 3 shakes a day, each shake 30g. one after waking up, one 30 min. before workout and one immediately after your workout.

bcaa: take 0,1g per lbs of bodyweight daily, divide it with tree and take each dose with your whey shakes

glutamine: take 10-20g daily, but never together with your post workout-shake !

creatine: take 5g pre-workout and 5g post workout

ripped fuel: i don´t know this one, but take it like said on the packing.

thanks alot man...i really appretiate ur respond to my thread
u said that i should eat 20-30% of fat...but should i eat fat when my goal is to lose it!!!
and for creatine i red in some articles that i should start in loading phase!!is that phase really necessary for creatine?
when i should take glutamine?and why not post workout?
i also red that BCAA is best during workout...so is that true?

fat is esential for your diet, it may also help you lose fat and enable hormone production. and it does not make you fat either, as long as you do´t exaggerate it and eat 200g+ a day.
you absoluteley need to eat fat. make sure that 20-30% od your daily calories come from fat. better leave out the carbs than fat.
from that 20-30% of fat, 1/3 should come from saturated fats.
look out for good sources of fat: walnuts, salmon, trout, etc. and preferably take additionally 3-5g of fish oil daily, these good fats will also help you to cut down on fat, but remember: you need good fats, about 20-30% of your daily calories, but thats no excuse for eating KFC or something like that.

so, now concerning your supps:

creatine: loading phases can be done, but it is controveres wheter they´re useful or not. anyway for a loading phase you need fast carbs, which you should not not take when on diet(exeption: after workouts), so you will also profitate if you take your 5g pre-workout creatine without fast carbs. loading phases can be done while bulking, but just take your creatine now without any loading. simply 5 g pre and 5g post

glutamine:take it twice a day(one dosage before going to bed), but never together with whey protein, since the glutamine peptides from your whey may interferre with the glutamine !!

bcaa: yes, it´s true that it can also be taken while working out, but as you take it pre and post workout(and first thing in the a.m., together with your whey) it is not necessary.

You usually can get enough BCAAs just with the meat you eat, and alot of protein shakes come with addition BCAAs added, like mine has about 8 grams per shake, and don't rely so much on the supplements, food is the best supplement you can take, and 3 shakes a day isn't necessary, just eat and you'll be fine. I am not saying to stop with the shakes, you may need the shakes to get your necessary nutrients, all I am saying is don't think they are some magical form of health elixer...

@Pirate: you´re sureley right, that the supps are not an elixir, but the stack i proposed, especially bcaa and glutamine, will prevent catabolism while cutting and may also help to gain a bit. whey on a bulk i also don´t take glutamine and bcaas, cuz i´m eating a lot of carbs which insures me that none of my protein will be burned carb-like. but when on diet bcaa and glutamine will be really against catabolism.
