Man, its great stuff. I am not going to make shitty claims like other people, no I did not gain 50 pounds from using it for 10 weeks. I just managed the gains from the mono. I dont like the taste, but I found a way around it, I use it mixed in water with ALCAR, I like it now. U will also, if u like the taste of ALCAR.
