Default My skinny friend
I've got a friend who is going to be going to school soon to become a firefighter, the problem is he is SKINNY. He's about 6'1 or so and maybe 160lbs. He's gonna hit the gym and he could really use like 20-30 lbs. What would you recomend for him?
