You all definitely opened my eyes to the wonders of Walmart. I think I got the same fish oil that you mentioned, gsxrclub80.
And I picked up some Super Advanced Whey Protein by Body Fortress for about $11, so no more GNC for me. I was going to pick up some creatine as well, but this whey protein contains 9g/scoop of this thing called "Super Recovery Blend", which contains creatine monohydrate, taurine, L-glutamine , leucine, isoleucine, and valine. It doesn't say exactly how much of each ingredient is in it, but I didn't want to risk adding more creatine.
And the food situation is looking brighter now that I have this George Foreman grill.
