ah I see, the liquid gels are an Arachidonic Acid product with some other shit thrown in, including DHEA, and nettle. Personally I wouldnt mess with that shit, but to each his own.

So your tellin me its in my best intrest to stop that stuff........Ive only taken 6 pills, 1 a day. I guess my question is if I stop right now do i need to take something else to keep myself from getting gynecomastia? I obvously didnt know enough about this stuff before deciding to take it........... It was a hasty decision on my part, i was kinda pissed one day after realizing i see minimal results!
