Question New To Lifting have Q's

I just started lifting about 2 1/2 months ago. When i started i was 187. I now weigh 211 my goal weight is 218-220 Supplements i use are protien, creatin, Animal Stack, and Universal Sterol Complex. For weight gain. I havent started the Sterol Complex yet because its the middle of the week.

Question is: Should i begin using the Sterol Complex now or at the begining of a new week.

Why would it matter what day of the week you wanted to start?

You gained 24lb in 2.5months?

Either you're a genetic freak or you've gained a lot of fat. lol

^ Good call. Read an article where they took finely tuned college athletes and tested them to see how much muscle they can gain in a month's time naturally. Outside of hormonal products, you're only gaining about 2 lbs a month of lean body mass.

Apply that to your situation and about 5 lbs of that could be lean body mass.....unless you're on the juice.

Like you said you haven't worked out for two weeks so taking would be useless at this stage and also a waste of money. My understanding with sterol complex is you take it everyday even rest days so it remains in your system. In my opinion, once you get back into training follow the recommended dosage and hopefully reap the benefits!!
