Default New to supplimets

A little background
5,11 190
4 years ago was huge at 220 pounds, joined wrestling dropped down to 150 in 2 months=/ i know i lost a great deal of my muscle.
So after i was done with that i finally got back to my lifting strenght and now beyond it at 190 pounds.

I am not cut, I do not have bulging muscles, yet during wrestling huge guys that pump a bunch of different suppliments would come against me and i would smash them into the ground. My pecs are kinda small yet can outlift most guys that have huge slabs of meat on their chest.

So I've decided for the new year since i dont have sports to deal with that i wanna big bigger, stronger, and cut. I wanna do this but i don't wanna get the fluffy muscles I see at the gym constantly ( and i laugh at the steroid guys)

I usually take whey protien before the gym and always at night if my muscles are sore

What additional suppliments would be good, creatine, nos, etc? How much Whey should i be taking while trying to get cut as well?

I've read a ton of responses and know most of the beasics but want a final plan of action. I took cell tech hardcore creatine crap, made me sick, and did nothing

I took NO Xplode for a good 4 weeks, allows for a great feeling workout, and definately takes away most of the soreness. There is also cyto-gainer, which I have used but it more commonly used to bulk.

If you don't want "fluffy muscle." Definitely stay away from celltech. It has huge amounts of sugar per serving..Stay away from too much sugar and sodium. Sodium will make you hold water in fat stores. Sugar will make you hold fat! Period. Refined sugar is basically synthetic fuel, your not going to make any fuel out of your own stores(aka - fat burning) if you have the synthetic stuff in the tank ready to burn with little or no effort. As far as your strength to size ratio, genetics are a bitch some times. Just because someone looks strong doesn't mean they are. So are you wanting to look strong or be strong??? If the strengths coming up, keep at it... Your size and shape has pre-determined potential... Just unlock what you have.

Sups are a waste of money if your diet is not dialed in.
