WannaBripped,
If your goal of aerobic training is to lose bodyfat, keep the intensity low, and the duration long, as this combination will burn fat as a fuel source optimally. Combined with a properly spaced apart, above moderate to high intensity anaerobic training regimine, that is 100% reliant on carbohydrates as the fuel source for energy, you will both drop BF levels and build a moderate amount of lean bodymass, in the form of your '6-pack' wannaBripped in time for summer. Good Luck Taurus

oh, hmm. thank you. Yeah i think im kinda starting to get the overall picture of what i should be doing. One thing though: what was that CKD diet? BEcause i am still on Atkins and today is my 8th day using creatine. Actually its my first day of the maintenance cycle. ANd i gained 3 pounds since last week. I am guessing the supplements had smth to do with it. So i was wondering what diet i should be using instead of the atkins one. (they contradict each other lol no carb vs lots of carbs)
