The difference between this article and those "4 page special reports" is the presense of peer reviewed studies as it's sources. Many of which I have seen myself. The product pimping is unfortunate but I wouldn't have posted it if I thought it was all propoganda. I doubt 0311 would have either.

Pre and post workout agenda with protein and carbs is supported by actual research. NO2 is not. You don't need to buy a premixed formula for any of that. There's no doubt there. But the info is still valid, imo.
