Default Ok to mix 100% Monohydrate&Creadrive
Is it ok for me to mix one hundred percent Monohydrate and Creadrive, does it have any negative affects or can it only help me???

ive heard bad things about GNC products. but all of this 5.25 grams of creatine, 35 grams carbohydrates, Enhanced with 1 gram of free-form taurine. should help the creatine get around the body. some people here recommend dextrose with their creatine
