Not sure exactly what you just said but I take creatine year around. Just read the instructions on how to use. Adding to your protien drink is good.

I personally use primaforce creaform. I like it because of the price and quality. Some other reputable brands are optimum nutrition, MRM, Met-Rx, or just buy the cee from bulk nutrition. It tastes like crap but works a little better.

I use On's creatine. Most of the creatine's out there are dirt cheap and proven effective. Make sure somewhere on the label it says creapure. That way you know that it was tested 100% pure.

I'll vouch for BN and the 1fast400 brand CEE. I've used it since the introduced it and it works very well.

Invisible Jew huh, very creative screen name.

I thought the same thing hrdgain!

I also like Primaforce Creaform and back up Bulknutrition! I have yet to try CEE, but for my bulking cycle in the winter, I will look into using it.

I use sci tech's micro creatine. Great stuff, and it's not gritty.
