Hey guys. Looked all over the forum and couldn't find any references to this supplement. Please point me in the right direction if someone has already posted.

It says "It's not creatine." But it has "Creatine glycerol esther" in it which allows creatine to be absorbed more readily. And it supposedly gives an immediate pump.

I'm not sure if this is worth the money. I will already absorb creatine without Plasmavol. I will create my own pump shortly after entering the gym. Is it safe and is there any logic in the description of the product?
