How's this for a pre or pos workout shake?
3 pills White Blood (only before training)
36 g protein
5 g Creatine Mono
5 g Glutamine
2 tablets of BCAA 2200 from Dynamitize
I take all this 30 mins before training ( all in the same shake) and another one right after training.
Is there something I could add,or that doesnt mix well together??
