Alright, so ill just give a summary about what I eat, how I lift, and how much I lift and what gains I want.
Firstly, I’m 16 years old, 5'11, 165lbs when i wake up, and i lift seven days a week.
One rep maxs
Bench: 250
Full squat: 285 x3 (didn’t do one rep max recently)
Clean: 195
My schedule is first day pushing (chest and triceps), second day pulling (back and biceps), and third day legs (all legs). I’m pretty sure this gives me a sufficient break in training so I can workout every day of the week.
I eat healthy most of the time and this is my usual meals throughout the day.
7AM - breakfast: three eggs
10AM - break @ school: protein shake and some fruit (i have weight lifting PE before break so i just drink some protein after)
12:30PM - one grilled chicken breast and some fruit
3:00PM - whatever food is at home, usually just some fruit or homemade meat
Gym from anytime between 3-8 (usually one and a half hours @ the gym depending on how much homework i have) protein shake after
A three egg omelet before i go to sleep
My gains wanted is just to loose a bit of fat and get my maxs to around these by July
Bench: 300
Squat: 365
Clean: 225+
I’m currently cycling CEE and bodytech pro 24 protein.
Can somebody recommend me a stack of supplements to reach my goals?
