I'm confused about which protein powder to buy. I read somewhere that whey protein isolate is the best but I see many powders out there also have casein and other proteins. Some have a blend of three and they say they're better because the three different types release at different times and that's supposed to be better?
I've looked at EAS, Muscle-Link, Omni Nutrition, VPX, GNC, Designer Whey and they all sound good. I need to lose fat so I have to watch my calorie intake as well. The protein powder would be a good way to increase my protein intake without incresing my calorie intake too much at the same time. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
