Excellent, Im looking more into losing than bulking now (satisfied with the mass now) and want to focus on getting the gut off. And there are a few ingredients in there that will help well, rather, not hinder with that. I am reducing my weight routine to 2 days a week. And putting mega emphasis on cardio....

As it happens, Monday my starting weight before I did anything was 307. I am sitting at 301 right now (as of yesterday). Nearly 20 miles of cardio (split 10/10 bike/eliptical) in 4 days I think helped facilitate matters.
