Purple Wraath
I am curious as to people's responces here to this product. My current stack is bsn No Xplode (good, but doesn't live up to the hype, I don't feel like I am getting more out of workout than I was before, but it makes a good energy drink but I can get that a hell of a lot cheaper elsewhere), Amino Acid tablets, and a whey protein.
I also have a daily cocktail of a multi vitamin, vitamin E, fish oil, and calcium/vitamin D (which I have been taking since I broke my leg in 2004).
I was reading the description of Purple Wraath, and it seems I could wrap up at least 2 of those (no xplode, and the amino acids in one go) as it has creatine, as well as it causes a boost in energy and mental focus. And come out ahead on price. Perhaps even adding the bonus of not having a "hangover" on my non training days that I have with NO-Xplode from the caffeine/stimulent content.

I am idiot, I just seen the thread of Hardgain81's at the top in the tester forum. Ignore/delete this if possible.

No worries paul, Purple Wraath is a great product. The taste will take a little getting used to, and you have to watch dosing too high or you will get the "beta itch" from the beta alanine. But i really love this stuff honestly, and I would suggest it to anyone.

Excellent, Im looking more into losing than bulking now (satisfied with the mass now) and want to focus on getting the gut off. And there are a few ingredients in there that will help well, rather, not hinder with that. I am reducing my weight routine to 2 days a week. And putting mega emphasis on cardio....
As it happens, Monday my starting weight before I did anything was 307. I am sitting at 301 right now (as of yesterday). Nearly 20 miles of cardio (split 10/10 bike/eliptical) in 4 days I think helped facilitate matters.

If your trying to lose fat, i think this could help significantly. Its not a thermo or a stim of any sort, but it is definately anti-catabolic, so it will help save muscle durring those long cardio bouts.
Have you looked into Hiit cardio paul?

At the moment not yet. As I stated before my starting weight was 387 lbs, and recovering from a broken leg 2 years prior where I did little physical therepy, I doubted if my body could handle it.
I will be looking into it the future, perhaps July or so, when I get down to my original ideal weight of 270 (that was my goal starting out). As of right now, the eliptical with its multiple settings for resistance gets the heart rate up and the sweat pouring so I am getting the results I want. Getting the diet in control on the other hand has been a lot tougher to deal with. Working on it though.
I will defiantely pick some of the PW up next order though.

Your on the right track paul, just remember the "H I" (High Intesity)part of HIIT is relative. high intensity means high intesity for YOU. You can by all means do HIIT "sprints" on the eliptical, just make sure your alternating on and off. And only if you feel up to them.

Interesting. That is what I do actually. Alternate between light running, and full out every 2 mins or so.
