It's nothing more than herbs, so there aren't any sides. Matter of fact, you probably won't experience any results with these products. They're geared more for people who are over 30 IMO.

The Forza-T has 6-Oxo - that's an aromatase inhibitor, defitnitely not an herb. The long term effects of aromatase inhibitors are not really known. But, incidentally, they are used sometimes to treat cases of early puberty and such to keep growth going longer. I don't think a 16 year old should be taking that, sdt.

As far as the herbs, there is always a chance of sides with any of them. They are not always safe, nor are there effects always investigated thoroughly. You could experience gastrointestinal upset, or, you may be sensitive or allergic to the plant family of the herb.

A lot of these herbs have known side effects and conraindications. You may not get the side effects and you may not experience any problems with adverse interactions but it is POSSIBLE, and I don't think herbs should ever be treated lightly.

For instance the Axis-HT contains Fenugreek. Fenugreek is generally considerd safe, It is a class 2b herb (seed) which means it can't be used during pregnancy. But some of the known side effects or adverse reactions are bruising, petechiae (small purplish red hemouraghic spots), and bleeding. Also, it may cause reduced absorption of the other herbs or any medications taken with it.

The Tribibulis, contained in both, may negatively affect cholesterol.

The Safed Musli in the Axis-HT has no real scientific evidence and is thrown in because of "anecdotal" evidence.

The inositol hexaphosphate (obviously not an herb) in the Axis-HT is the same thing as "phytic acid" which is the component in things like beans and grains that inhibit the absorption of certain minerals like the magnesium and zinc that the Axis also has. Phytic acid is one of the reasons that soy gets so much abuse. Although it is a nutrient contained in mamallian cells.

The combination of herbs could have different side-effects than each one alone. There may also be negative interactions. Herbalists don't just willy-nilly throw herbs together looking for one effect, they try to know in advance how the herbs work together and whether the chemicals they contain help or hinder one another.

But CHEMICALS are the bottom line. Plants contaion powerful chemicals that are the very same kinds of things that potent drugs are developed from. They are not to be taken lightly. No one is protecting you from using or recieving the wrong herb, getting a contaminated herb, etc.

Recently some contaminated batches of coleus forskohlii were sold overseas, resulting in sereral deaths. The Forza-T has coleus and I think the Axis does too. I'm sure these companies are careful, but they can't analyse every batch of herbs they receive. The point being that there are always dangers.

If you take these, will you get sides? Who knows. But are sides possible? Absolutely.
