I am 28yo, 175cm tall, 62kg and around 8-10% body fat.
I want to bulk up. I have just started some gym work at home with a multi station on cable weights. It has been 3 weeks and I there there are starting to be differences. What I really want to know is how do I get the most of it.
I used to take Protein 90. or soemthing like that years ago when I did the gym thing and went from 60kg to 63kg in 3 months. That tasted like concrete and if you left it for more than a few minutes, it literally turned into concrete. There must be something better.
I eat everything and anything. I eat all day with junk food (sorry), and I eat large meals also. I have a fair bit of meat, some veg and some rice. I do have a fast motabolism.
What sort and brand of Protein or Supplements can you recommend??
