Read the sticky on pre and post workout nutrition. You need a carb & protein shake post workout. There is no need to supplement with additional BCAA's. Supplementing with glutamine is an even bigger waste of money. You might need additional shakes to help you meet your protein requirements. Most of it should come from whole foods.

Nothing has been proven to be better than creatine monohydrate for the money. It gets the job done. I think around 90% of all creatine monohydrate comes from the same company in China, so most "manufacturers" are using the same stuff.
