you've been lifting for 4 years? and your 16yo? Thats just insane, I hope your growth plates are alright.

These guys have you point in the right directions. Diet and training are the two most important things to improve. Then perhaps creatine if you hit a plateau.

The growth plates issue for the young is a myth. You just need food and work on your routine and you will be fine. I'm sure you don't or haven't changed much of anything in your routine when it comes to eating or workingout.
