I agree about the supplements. Only thing I have to add is that I wouldn't keep both fat and carbs to a minimum. If you have a lot of muscle, you're better served with keeping your calories close to what you previously were doing all along, then slowly start cutting carbs.

Doing Mr. Right's approach worked great for him because he was probably 28-30% plus with a little muscle. So his efforts were better focused on strictly fat loss via the law of thermodynamics.

BTW, SUPER transformation!! Now it's time to add a little LBM!
