This is the first time I ever used creatine. My workouts before use were pretty good but since using the creatine I've felt they have been better. Taking it is as easy as it gets. The pills look big but go down easy. When taking it you need to drink more water but I like that it makes me grab water rather than a soda. I have been going up in weights before this I was stuck on a certain weight for a few exercises since taking it I have gotten past that.
Bottom line: I think it works as well as any other creatine powder its just easier in pill form.
