If you changed your diet to include some more low GI carbs or fats with your meat, you wouldn't even need any weightgainer shakes IMHO. For instance, you could get a bottle of Flax seed oil for a whopping $12 that'll last a month. Each tablespoon is 120 cals. Click here

Yeah weightgainers are sure hell'a expensive I'am looking for a cheap way yet effective. I should try that flax seed oil and add mor low GI carbs on my diet I just have to work on my powerlifting after. Thanks a bunch bro!!
