I know quite a bit about creatine actually. When i think back and every other time i've had with creatine. I've loade for what i believe was 4 grams 4 times a day for 4 days and then i maintained with 5 grams a day after that. It caused me more problems than it helped such as the bloating stomach discomfort and so on. The only creatine i felt workin for me was the kre alkylyn by ultimate. It's ph balanced so that probably had something to do with it. Over all though I feel that for me creatine is'nt needed.

Just train hard get enough protein, get enough sleep, some b vitamins, some c, thow in some omegas like flax, fish or hempseed and you basically got what you need right there. Works for me. I try to keep things simple these days.

On the creatine front, dont ever load, its a complete waste of creatine. "PH Balance" is a marketing gimmic, and you really dont need anything but mono and a glucose carrier to see results from it. Brands mean very little, mono is mono, as long as you trust the company that your buying from to not have a shit ton of fillers and garbage in there.

i just got creatine today, so i really only need to take it 1 time a day? which would be 5 g (5,000 mg). Says a teaspoon with juice or some kind of glucose.

I also been told to do a loading phase...

What you all think?
