Whatever you do supplement wise I would suggest buying it online instead of at GNC for your pocketbooks sake. Stores like
BulkNutrition and
DPSNutrition have almost anything you need at a fraction of the price.
If you can't tell I really despise GNC stores especially when they give you fake info just to make a sale
