on the scivation site i think it says 6g a day is good or something...and a teaspoon = 4 g.... i usually do like 3 g before and then after workout.

This stuff says it helps give energy and enhance recovery so would it help to drink it during the workout, or is it better to just wait till your done?

Either is fine...I would do it before or during though. That would make a little more sense.

That's good then guys...I'd say at least 4 grams a day of the CM.

I hate the whole "matrix complex" when it comes to supplements. I take 1/4 tsp of plain CM before and after workout. I love the sour taste, then again I eat lemons. I am going to start adding beta alanine.

it varies between person....but i got the tingles so bad from alanine that i just quit taking it.

Xtend suggestions - 4 scoops orange and 4 scoops watermellon in 4 liters of water = Super Goodness !!
