Hey guys for a competition I decided to attempt 30lbs in 90 days: from 147 to 175. Many have said it's not possible but I am super prepared to achieve it.
I'm putting together a site and video log that will document all my workouts including the reps, weight, and routines I use. I want to also include all my diet plans, and basically everything I do along the way.
I hope to add a lot of valuable info back to the community and am here if you have any questions for me.
