well, i just checked all the replies today. yesterday, i did bring about some change to the routine. i cut a day of cardio. so now what was my cardio day today is now an OFF day.
basically i increase one of my cardio sessions from 40 to 60 mins and yesterday after my workout, i walked for 7 mins and then jogged for 3 mins. that's 70 mins in total.
seems like a smart thing to do to me atleast.
