Hey im making a new routine. which is better for developing mass 5x5 or a pyramid?

from what ive read pyramids are a huge time waster. so thats out unless you've got 4 hours to lift...

There's a whole thread up there for this stuff, so you could do some of your own research. I cannot speak from experience but I have read in several places that pyramids are a sham.
