Which option would be best in your opinion...?:
1) Mon, Wed, Fri- Weighted/Resistance ab workouts (i.e.-weighted crunches)
Tues, Thurs, Sat- non-weighted abdomnial excercises (i.e.-ab lounge, crunches on the floor, reverse crunches, leg lifts)
OR
2) Mon, Wed, Fri- non-weighted excercises
Tues, Thurs- weighted excercises
and then there's
3) any suggestions anyone may have
