Default Sets / Reps suggestions

I'm on a 3 day spit and got a routine. I need help with the sets and reps.Here's what I got right now for the sets and reps....

1st set - 10 reps
2nd set - 8 reps (+10lb)
3rd set - 6 reps (+20lb)

So does that look good to everyone else?? I do that for all my exersices.

I am going to need a lot of help come summer time as well with that. I will be working out alone at the gym all summer most likely, so will either be using all dumbells for bench or have to ask someone for a spot....

Basically, I don't know, but I want to hear others opinions
