Default Accy progression

When I do accys (standing shoulder press, 1-arm rows (I've tried others), the dumb bells I use go up in only 5-lb increments. I've been using the same weight for 2 weeks, then going up 5 lbs more. Example. I did 1-arm rows at 80 lbs for 2 weeks, then went on to 85 lbs, and I'm on the 2nd week. Does this seem reasonable? Thanks!
