activity level

Default activity level

i lift weights 3 times a week-push,pull,legs.and i jog 3-4 times a week 20-30mins.

am i:

a.)lightly active
b.)moderately active
c.)very active
d.)extremely active

?????

Ya I was wondering what lifting weights counted at as well. You don't really get your heart rate up like cardio but it is very high intensity otherwise (or it should be! lol).

If I had to guess I would say at least very active if not extremely active for you.

Lightly active - someone that isn't sedentary
Moderately active - up and about all day long
Very active - exercises 3 days a week
Extremely active - you

That's the way I always looked at it. When you consider all of the other people in America, you are in the top 1% as far as activity level goes... I don't know where you're from though..but that's just an example.

I get my heartrate up, lol. But it depends on your conditioning too. My overall conditioning sucks right now . (Not good need to work on that).

Yeah, everyone is right on. You compare youself to the average joe not to a triathlete or something.

wow ive been eating less calories then.no wonder why i keep losing weight -_-.thank you guys.im from california ross.los angeles
