Default Advice for new mamber.STallone rock 4 period

Hello everyone. I am a new member here and have a cheesey question.
What kind of workout rouite I should follow for reaching Sly Stallones look at rocky 4 period. Any suggestions, advise apreciated.
I am 5.10. 190lbs, 12percent body fat.

he did soooo many roids it is ridiculous.... stick around and we'll help you get there without roids and a solid diet and routine. Just read everything.

From what I know about Stallone's training, it was so basic and simplistic as to be ridiculous. I do know that pullovers of different kinds were a big part of his training, but roids were probably a bigger part. But try and try, and you're not going to get someone else's look. So take Dave's advice.

I do care about the strenght but the look is my priority to be honest.

I do realise its impossible and not smart to copy someoneelses look but I do wanna come as close as possible that my genetics will allow.
