damn...48 hours straight? Whats your MOS (please dont give me the code as I'm USMC and wont have a clue)?

So you pretty much work 3 days (1 of which gives you an opportunity to workout) and 1 day off, repeat. I bet it takes a lot to go to the gym on that 1 workday because thats how i feel after i wake up at 0400 and get off work at 1830-1900.

Is it possible for you to prepare your meals ahead of time and take them into work and eat them every couple hours? If so, are you doing this now? If not, thats where i would start and do the upper lower split. That works out to doing each body part 2x/week.
