Question Back pain

Hi everyone new member here, quick question my back hurts and sometimes gives me a almost burning sensation were I can't even stand up or walk every long I have to bend forward to kinda relieve the PAIN I hurt it while doing dumbbells lifts and its been very slow to heal any suggestions on speeding recovery.

1. Is this a reoccurring problem?
2. Did you go see a doc. yet? If so what did he say?
3. When was the last time you took a break from lifting?

I've had bad back problems so I know what you’re talking about.

I remeber reading somewhere that that lower back heals the slowest out of any of the other muscles in the body (dont remeber where i read it) but I would say take some time off, if it doesnt help them see a doctor.
